I am not someone who writes reviews, but in your case I have to make an exception. I am overwhelmed by the exceptional quality of your company. I was impressed not only with the final product, which was superb, but with the entire process.

Good for simple designs or wedding invitations. We would really like a full bleed print option (printed, then cut and assembled) so that we can design the entire envelope and tie in with a company's branding better. Also, would like ink to be more vibrant.
Thank you for the service that you have provided to us. We discovered you only recently and have placed a few orders for booklets, cards and envelopes. Your quality of service and quality of product is highly commended. Thank you so much for making my life easier.
I'm a professional artist who asked around about greeting card printing and had a couple other artists recommend you. My cards are beautiful, service was super responsive (I had tons of noob questions) and the turnaround time was amazing. I'll be ordering more!
I used Smartpress for my son's Bar Mitzvah invitations. The invitations were beautiful, the price was fantastic and I received excellent and prompt customer service.
Overall, great experience. Great website, worked really well. Customer service was pretty good, too. There was one issue with the printing and I got a discount.
I ordered these envelopes and got them in five days. The quality on both sets of envelopes was terrific.
I've placed many successful orders with SmartPress -- I'm a long-time happy customer. Your service in regards to envelopes, however, disappointed me greatly.
1) Your website listed that you offer full-bleed envelope printing. I was surprised, but happy to hear this. We designed our envelopes accordingly. Upon delivering them to you for print, however, we were informed that the website was inaccurate and that you are not capable of providing this service. this cost us a day of design time.
2) We altered our design to adhere to your standards and submitted for printing. At this point (and ONLY at this point) we were informed that the printing may be uneven due to your printing process. This struck me as odd -- I'm not sure why you would offer this service if you're not confident in your ability to deliver quality (which we've come to expect from you).
3) We ordered a hard proof (which we were initially billed for) to determine how bad this would be, but discovered a whole new issue -- the print quality itself was poor. The coverage produced no more than a weak, faded layer of color where we had designed a rich, vibrant hue into the piece. Customer service explained to me that this was simply the best you could do.
We eventually chose to cancel this order and re-apportion our budget to purchase a desktop printer and plain envelopes. We have been much happier with the results.
I'm not terribly upset over all of this -- your customer service team did a commendable job of managing the process the best they could, and our order was fully refunded. I would, however, suggest that you discontinue this portion of your business or address the issues so that you can deliver the level of quality we've come to expect from SmartPress in your other services and products. If this were my first experience with your company, it would surely be my last.
We recently ordered pre printed envelopes with customer addresses for our small business. It was a nighmare printing these at home every month. Now we have a packet of pre addressed envelopes for each month. life just got a bit easier!
